Part I: Come along for a tasty and informative field trip to the Mediterranean markets in Watertown and immerse yourself in a vibrant world of spices, pastries, olives, nuts, grains and more. Chef Amy will guide you through treasure troves of ingredients and introduce you to the authentic and essential products to stock your own pantry for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern home-cooking. Throughout the tour, we will show you easy-to-follow ways to assemble fresh meals in minutes. Time set aside for shopping.

Guests can choose to meet at Joyful Kitchen 30 minutes prior to class to carpool together, or drive separately to the shopping location.
