A special series of sweet workshops to celebrate Spring!

We are excited to offer three decadent and delightful baking classes to make every day sweeter. All 3 baking workshops will be taught by talented local pastry chef, Eliza Miller of Jah Bakes. Take one class or all three. Each class will include pretty little boxes to take your treats home as a Mother’s Day, or a Spring hostess gift.

Pavlova Perfection
What's white and fluffy, light as a cloud, and tastes like it was baked by angels? What melts in your mouth like the lightest marshmallow and bursts with sweet, fruity flavor? Why, a pavlova, of course! Learn the techniques for making light-as-air pavlovas, with the ultimate meringue recipe that will transform egg whites into a beautiful cloud-like dessert that’s naturally gluten-free. Learn how to bake and fill each pavlova with unique fillings, such as pistachio white chocolate, or a raspberry compote, and to finish it with fresh fruit and floral decorations to make the most impressive hostess dessert.

About Jah Bakes
A passionate, self-taught pastry chef, Eliza Miller started Jah Bakes during the pandemic, after needing a little break from her two little kids. She currently bakes out of her own kitchen with lots of color, glitter, flare and love. Eliza’s favorite thing about baking is how much love she can bring to others through something she loves to do so much.
